UMST University lecturer from the Faculty of Business Administration, Dina Ahmed Mohamed Ghandour gave an oral presentation this month at the Third joint international conference on Advances in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering (ACSEE), Advances in Computing, Electronics and Communication (ACEC), Advances in Mechanical and Robotics Engineering (AMRE) and Advances in Social Science, Management and Human Behavior (SMHB).
The conference was held in at Novotel Zurich City West Hotel, Zurich–Switzerland, from October 10 to 11, 2015 – organized by the Institute of Research Engineers and Doctors (IRED), USA.
Participants from 44 countries presented their papers, with Miss Ghandour representing Sudan.
Her paper was titled E-Banking in Sudanese Banking Sector:Between New Opportunities and Challenges, which received excellent feedback as one of the best presentations- resulting in Miss Ghandour being nominated for professional public speaker.
Participants were greeted by a welcome speech given by Professor Mladen Rajko (University of Zadar, Croatia ), followed by keynote speeches from Professor Huseyin Bilgin (Epoka University, Albania), Professor Dariusz Jakobczak (Koszalin, University Of Technology, Poland), and Professor Irena Sielamowicz (Composite Silo Systems Ltd, Poland). Following the opening, presentations began that were divided into 16 sessions, panel discussions and meetings of Editorial Board Committee – which consisted of 35 editors from different countries.
The conference proceedings will be published online in Seek Digital Library with ISBN Number (seek digital library is an open access library which is accessed by thousands of Researchers, Students and Scientists from all over the globe). They will also be published in various issues of International Journals with ISSN Numbers on or before 27 December 2015. The paper will be assigned Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from CROSSREF.
Miss Ghandour said of the event: “The conference provided me with a valuable opportunity to share ideas with other researchers, developers and practitioners from institutions around the world.”
During the closing ceremony certificates were distributed by Conference Committee to all the contributors.
