Course Phases

The programme is designed to equip all students in the first two years (semesters one to four) with the most important basic skills labour market entrants need. This includes the following: the student sitting for any of the four degrees mentioned above, where he/she receives special courses in the field chosen. Further specialised courses are also given in the fourth year (semesters seven and eight), together with the preparation of two projects.

The courses are designed to enable students to practice journalism, broadcasting, public relations and advertising, using the new media and cyber technology. Students graduates after fulfilling program requirements in one of the following:

  • BSc in Mass Communication (Journalism and Publishing)
  • BSc in Mass Communication (Broadcasting)
  • BSc in Mass Communication (Public Relations and Advertising)
  • Post graduate diploma in Mass Communication and Public Relations
